Clingman's Dome and the Great Smoky Mountains National Park are nestled
close to some of the biggest sites of interest and activity options in
this region. Among them are the family friendly areas of Pigeon Forge and Dollywood. Or, go a
little deeper toward the mountains and arrive in the charming
town of Gatlinburg.
The most popular attraction to visit in the national park itself is the
11 mile loop of Cade's
Cove.
